1. First Wife
In 1870, Abraham Noar (27), his wife Sarah Falkowitz (27) and their 2 children immigrated to England from Russia.  Their children were:
- Joseph (10)
- Rachel (3).
They lived near London.   Abraham worked as a tobacco cutter.

In England, they had 4 more children:
- Leah was born in 1871
- Moses (Morris) in 1874
- Harry in 1876
- Julia in 1878.
- Heline  -  (a son) in 1880.
- Benjamin - born 9/5/1882.

In the 1881 census neither Joseph nor Harry are present.  Joseph may have already left for America.  It is not known if Harry had died or was just not counted.

Around 1884 Abraham's wife, Sarah, died.
Abraham remarried  in 1890 to Minnie (Goldblum) Medschenk , a gay and attractive divorcee. Abe's children were upset.  According to the story I was told, they were so mad about it they moved to America around 1888/9, taking their 6 year old brother Benjamin with them.

2. Second Wife
In 1890, Abraham married Minnie (GoldBlum) Medschenk.
Living near London, they had 2 children:
- Isaac William Noar - born 10-7-1890 in London, England
- Harry Noar             - born  9-1891 in London, England

After Abraham died, Minnie remarried (Alex Krakowsky) and moved to South Africa with her children.
